The administrative team engaged in looking at the suspension data and in conversations about how to change the identified inequties. As a result, the Culture and Climate group was incorporating elements of PBIS to further support a decrease of suspensions at the school; COST was supporting students that received multiple suspensions and addressing root causes of those suspensions.
