The Intervention Program (AM Boost) addressed the needs of English Learners in ELA and Math who had yet to reach proficiency in state mandated tests. In addition, the implementation of student-led conferences between teachers and parents allowed for student accountability and communication on student learning. These conferences were held three times per year with goal setting at each one.
