The school devised a three-tier approach for their leadership teams: Climate Leadership Team (CLT), Instructional Leadership Teams (ILT), and the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports Team (PBIS). All professional development fell under one of these leadership umbrellas. These meetings, and the teacher roles and responsibilities were planned out for the year with a published schedule.
