Teachers collaborated weekly in grade-level content teams 2 hours per week and department meetings two hours per week to discuss common scope and best practices, as well as develop lessons and common assessments. Agendas and minutes for these meetings were turned into the principal and summary of collaboration notes were compiled in a Google document.
